Donjose

Donjose is a butcher-style grill restaurant in Yeonnam, near Hongdae, that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) from Korea and Chile. The pork belly and ogyeopsal are grilled with kimchi and mushrooms, and the ssam vegetables are self-serve with refills. It is quiet at opening, but customers increase after 4:30 p.m. and a wait forms around 6 p.m. The ventilation is weak, so the meat smell stays on your clothes.
