Ripichip

Ripichip is a bakery in Seoul that sells almond-flour tigre and baked pastries. The tigre comes in three varieties, including Whisky Valrhona and Macadamia Dark, and is paired with milk. Made with almond flour, the tigre has a crisp texture that goes with its buttery taste. Whisky Valrhona has soft chocolate, while Macadamia Dark combines crunchy nuts with bitter dark chocolate.
