Raf House is a second-floor dessert cafe in Yeonnam, Seoul, selling pavlova and various pastries. The signature pavlova has cream inside a crisp meringue, and you can choose the fruit. There are window seats and a clean restroom, and the drink selection is varied. The space is small, so it fills up quickly on weekends.
