Gosgan

Gotgan is an unmanned bakery in Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, selling brioche loaves as its main item. It also sells castella, cookies, and jam, and the bread is moist and rich because it contains a lot of butter. During the day a patissier makes the bread on site, and customers pay by card themselves at the unmanned store. The shop is not easy to spot and is easy to walk past.
