Ganache Blatt

Ganache Bulat is a cafe on the second floor of an alley in Yeonnam, Seoul, selling chocolate, chocolate cake, and chocolate drinks. Its signature items are the raw chocolate cake Amer and the chewy cream-topped Gureum Coffee and Fondant Chocolat. It holds many Japanese chocolate dessert books, and regulars have been coming since 2017. Because it sits deep in the alley, it is hard to find on a first visit.
