Dessert View

Dijeoteubyu is a dessert shop in Yeonnam, Seoul, serving desserts such as financiers and Basque cheesecake, along with coffee. The financiers have crisp exteriors, moist centres, and a strong butter flavour, while the coffee pairs well with the desserts. The shop has about four tables, and seats were available at 3 p.m. on a weekend afternoon. Except when taking orders, baking is done in the kitchen behind the counter, and the very small shop has uncomfortable seating.
