Cafe Palteu is a small cafe in Seoul that sells coffee, croffles, and Dubai chocolate glutinous rice cookies. The croffles come in moderate portions, and the cookies have a pistachio flavor and a crisp texture. It opens at noon on weekdays, has few tables, and stays quiet. The Dubai chocolate glutinous rice cookies are takeout only and cannot be eaten in the store.
