Baekseak Soeum is a wine bar in the basement of Seonjin Hotel on Yeonhui-ro 38-12 in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. It is run as a library-style bar where guests can read books, and it serves duck steak, pasta, ragu pasta, stew, and fried eggplant. The owner cooks alone, so food comes out slowly, and the tables are wide. Outside food can be brought in, and dust is visible because cleaning is lacking.
