Tolteil

Tolteul is a cocktail bar on the third floor of a building near Dongjin Market in Yeonnam, Seoul, serving cocktails alongside course meals. It offers a range of cocktails, whisky, and spirits, with Japanese-based courses and omakase. The bar opens at 6 p.m., and a course meal takes about two hours to finish. Its location on the third floor is hidden and hard to reach, so it is difficult to find by chance.
