Miyazaki Sangjeom

Miyazaki Sangjeom is a Japanese-style izakaya in Seoul that grills yakitori over binchotan charcoal. It serves chicken skewers such as gizzard, heart, and skin, along with onigiri and highballs, and the skewers are seasoned mainly with salt. The bar opens at 6 p.m., and because seating is limited, arriving at opening time is easier; there is also a restroom inside. The space is small, so a party of two may be seated at the bar.
