Kubo

Kubo is an izakaya in Yeonnam, Seoul, serving nabe, various anju, and sake. Its hanwoo daechang motsu nabe comes with a clean broth and savory daechang (beef large intestine), and the yuzu-scented Kubo highball is also available. The space is divided into two areas, six tables and a mini bar, with Japanese-style props and soft lighting. When it is busy a wait forms, and the portions of anju are on the small side.
