Jade Luck is a second-floor bar on Yeonnam-dong-gil in Seoul that serves drinks and food. The owner recommends menu items in English, and the food is good. The front folding doors open fully so you can eat while looking outside. The outdoor terrace seats only two people and is limited to two hours of use.
