Drunk Monk

Drunk Monk is a bar in a semi-basement in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, serving cocktails and whiskey. There is no menu; you tell the bartender your preferences and drink what they recommend, in the manner of a cocktail omakase. The whiskey selection is large, with a lineup comparable to long-established bars, and the space has only a long bar counter with no tables. It sits at the back, so finding it the first time is difficult.
