Chueokui Pojangmacha

Chueokui Pojangmacha is an indoor pojangmacha bar in Busan that serves anju such as kkomjangeo gui and dakgalbi. The gan, cheonyeop, and horaegi anju are fresh, and kongnamul guk comes as a free side dish. The owner, a Gangwon Province native, prepares the anju personally, and the interior has the feel of an old-time pojangmacha. The gogalbi uses a soy-based seasoning but the shell is fishy, and the kkomjangeo gui carries a burnt taste.
