Baekseol Daehak

Baekseol Daehak is an old snack shop in Yeongdo, Busan, serving tteokbokki, jjol udon, gimbap, and mandu. Its jjol udon adds a thick broth to chewy noodles, and its gimbap is made with braised tofu, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. The shop has only about five tables, so a wait of 20 to 30 minutes can form. The seats are close together, which makes sitting four people uncomfortable.
