POT13

POT13 is a cafe in the Yeongdo district of Busan with a view of the Busanhangdaegyo bridge, and its sign now reads Hongcha Wangja. It serves coffee, lattes, and bread such as croissants, along with risotto, sandwiches, and salads. The first through third floors are each decorated with a different concept, the second floor is a no-kids zone, and parking is at a private lot about 50 meters up the hill. Walking access is poor, so visiting late in the day is difficult.
