GEMSTONE

Gemstone is a bakery cafe in Yeongdo, Busan, converted from an old swimming pool and covering 600 pyeong. It serves drinks such as americano and caffe latte alongside breads and desserts including green tea Dojima roll. The large indoor space retains swimming pool tiles and sunbeds, and also holds a small theater and a seminar room. With no outside view and no natural light, the space is large but dark and cramped.
