Hosi

Hoshi is a Japanese izakaya in Yeongdo, Busan, serving hoe and sushi. The menu changes with the day's ingredients, and dishes not listed on the menu are made as well. A married couple runs the place, with the owners cooking and greeting guests themselves. Regulars from the neighbourhood come here, and special dishes off the menu can be requested separately.
