Heuinyeoul Observatory is a sea observatory at one end of Heuinyeoul Culture Village in Busan. From its high point, visitors look down on the water and can walk the deck path to Haneul Observatory. It is visible immediately upon getting off at Baengnyeonsa bus stop, and has chairs, a buoy sculpture, and a photo-taking device. Construction has blocked entry to the coastal walking path.
