Yungane Kalguksu is a noodle restaurant in Seoul serving bajirak kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and deulkkae sujebi (hand-torn dough soup). Diners first mix kkongboribap with gochujang and sesame oil, then cook and eat the house-made kalguksu. A bossam set meal is available on weekdays at lunchtime, and deulkkae sujebi must be ordered for at least two people. The restaurant is busy at lunchtime, so food takes a long time, and sand is sometimes present in the bajirak.
