Yesan Sikdang

Yedangsikdang is a gukbap restaurant in Yeongdeungpo Market in Seoul that serves sundae guk and dwaeji gukbap. The sundae guk uses a non-spicy sagol broth with makchang and meat from various cuts. So much meat and offal go in that the broth and the solids look about half and half. Both the dwaeji gukbap and the sundae guk are clean-tasting with no gamey smell.
