Yeoui Mi Cheonggukjang

Yeoui Mi Cheonggukjang is a restaurant on the basement level of the Sanga Building on Gukjegeumyung-ro in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, serving cheonggukjang and sujebi. The cheonggukjang has a mild smell and a light taste, and the deulkkae sujebi has thin, chewy dough. Before the meal, barley rice and yeolmu bibimbap are served, with perilla leaf, yeolmu kimchi, and geotjeori as side dishes. The kimchi sujebi is not heavily seasoned and is clean-tasting.
