Yankees Burger

Yangkees Burger is a hamburger restaurant in Mullae-dong, Seoul, that serves handmade burgers and Neapolitan-style pizza. The Mullae Burger includes fried enoki mushrooms, and the burger buns and pizza dough are mixed and fermented in-house before baking. The burger buns are chewier than standard wheat buns, and the patties retain their juices. The burgers do not differ much from those at other handmade burger restaurants.
