Wolhwa Galbi Mullae Branch is a Korean barbecue restaurant near Mullae Changjakchon in Mullae-dong, Seoul, grilling pork galbi and garlic galbi. The garlic galbi is pre-cooked in a sweet garlic marinade, finished over direct charcoal heat, and followed by a fire show at the table. On weekends there is a wait, and sundubu comes as a service item. If you expect galbi-sal, the actual cut is closer to pork collar.
