Wangsimni Hwangso Gopchang

Wangsimni Hwangso Gopchang is a long-established restaurant in Seoul that serves grilled beef gopchang and pork gopchang, along with gopchang jeongol. The beef gopchang has no off-odor and is full of chewy fat, and it is eaten with freshly mixed buchu, which can be refilled. The gopchang jeongol has a spicy broth with generous amounts of gopchang, potato, and rice cake, and the restaurant has both floor-sitting and chair tables. Fried rice is mixed into the jeongol broth.
