Walking on the Cloud is a Western restaurant on the 59th floor of the 63 Building in Yeouido, Seoul, serving steak courses. The course includes escargot, lobster, and Hanwoo tenderloin steak, and lunch offers a semi-buffet format where guests choose a main dish. Reservations can secure a window seat, and at night there is a time when the lights are turned off to view the night scenery. The main dishes feel small relative to their portion size.
