Appu Eomuk Yeonguso is a modern izakaya restaurant in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, serving handmade eomuk and anju. The eomuk is fish-based and stays chewy even after long simmering, and the odengtang made with the handmade eomuk has a deep broth. The restaurant sells various sake and shochu, with the shochu served mixed as mizuwari. The interior has the feel of a hideout.
