Tojongbarosundae is a sundae soup restaurant in Seoul. Its soup uses factory-made sundae, contains plenty of pork head meat, and has little offal, which is available separately as an offal soup. The restaurant serves three kinds of house-made kimchi: mustard leaf kimchi, napa cabbage kimchi, and kkakdugi. Diners can adjust the broth’s spiciness with dadaegi, and the stock contains artificial seasoning.
