Tobanggol Sikdang is an old restaurant in Mullae-dong, Seoul, serving bossam, haemul pajeon, and assorted jeon. Its bossam uses gabrisal and comes with kimchi and cabbage, and the haemul pajeon is made with plenty of egg. It opens at 3 p.m. and the kitchen keeps boiling bossam throughout the day. There is only floor seating, so sitting for a long time makes your legs ache.
