Taeyang Butcher Restaurant

Taeyang Jeongyuk Sikdang is a butcher-restaurant in Seoul where diners choose cuts of beef such as anchangsal, ansim, and buchaesal themselves. The meat is seasoned with truffle oil, and kimchi stew and nurungji are served alongside it. Corkage is free for up to two bottles of wine, and good wine glasses are provided. Chadol doenjang jjigae and dried radish greens come out as basic side dishes.
