Taein Yanggcochi Bonjeom is a lamb barbecue restaurant in Seoul that grills lamb and lamb ribs over charcoal. The thick, tender lamb ribs carry little gamy odor, and staff grill and cut the meat at the table. The dining room is tidy and the basic side dishes are seasoned moderately. Depending on how it is grilled, the meat can burn from the start or turn tough once fully cooked.
