Sushi Yu

Sushi Yu is a small Japanese restaurant in Singil-dong, Seoul, serving aged hoe and sushi, a 13-minute walk from Sinpung Station. It focuses on aged hoe and seasonal hoe prepared each day, and yellowtail is served as fatty raw fish. The special sushi set comes with 10 pieces of sushi, two kinds of fried dishes, and udon, with toppings or sauce placed on the sushi. The sauce flavor is strong, so the natural taste of the fish comes through less.
