Sushi Onjeong

Sushi Onjeong is a six-seat sushi-ya in Yeouido that serves sushi omakase. The course includes domi soup, snow crab, and monkfish liver with sea urchin roe, followed by steamed abalone risotto, then golden threadfin bream, horse mackerel, and sea urchin sushi. Grilled and fried dishes such as grilled golden threadfin bream and fried pufferfish are served between the sushi. With only six seats, the sushi-ya has limited seating.
