Sigol Ssambap

Sigol Ssambap in Seoul serves ureong ssambap alongside samgyeopsal, duck, and jeyuk, all wrapped in ssam vegetables. Each diner gets a dolpot rice, doenjang jjigae, several side dishes, and an individual portion of ureong ssamjang. Side dishes and ssam can be refilled at the self-service station, and water poured into the emptied dolpot finishes the meal as nurungji. A wait forms at lunch, and parking is in front of the shop or in the alley.
