Seoyeosane is a small Korean restaurant next to Mullae Post Office in Mullae-dong, Seoul, serving freshwater maeuntang and eojuk. The eojuk broth has no fishy smell despite being made from freshwater fish, and the sujebi comes out chewy. Eojuk kaljebi is ordered from two servings up, boiled at the table on a burner, and finished as porridge with rice and egg added. The dining room has only five or six tables, so conversations from the next table carry over.
