Seominjun Milbat

Seominjun Milbat is a kalguksu shop in an alley in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, serving kongguksu, kalguksu, and deulkkae sujebi. Its black kongguksu is made with seoritae, and the soybean broth is strained fine through a sieve, giving it a thick, nutty body with chewy noodles. At lunchtime customers crowd in and the seats fill up, and before the meal barley rice and yeolmu are served. There is only one parking space in front of the shop, so parking is difficult.
