Sso Seu Samgyeopsal is an old restaurant in Seoul that serves a single menu item: samgyeopsal (pork belly). The pork belly is slightly frozen, dipped in a sweet soy-based sauce, and grilled over charcoal. It has been in business since 1993 and serves seonjihaejangguk alongside the meat, with samgyeopsal as the only item that can be ordered. After grilling, the meat smell stays on your whole body.
