Sanhoki is a Japanese ramen shop in Seoul that serves mazemen and tonkotsu ramen, located behind Exit 4 of Boramae Station. Its signature mazemen uses thick udon noodles topped with onion and scallion, served with kelp vinegar, and after finishing the noodles you mix in a bowl of rice. Orders are placed at a kiosk just inside the entrance, the owner runs the shop alone, and the counter seats around 8 to 12 people. With few seats, a wait forms at lunch and on weekends.
