Saengdon Guichon

Saengdon Guichon is a geun-gogi restaurant in Yeouido, Seoul, where thick pork collar and samgyeopsal (pork belly) are grilled. Meat is ordered in 600g or 400g portions rather than per person, and the owner precooks it over charcoal before finishing it on a briquette fire. The kimchi stew comes with ramyeon noodles added, and it is eaten with salted anchovy and ssamjang served in a ttukbaegi. The dining space is small.
