Park Chansuk Sundae Guk

Bakchansuk Sundaeguk is a sundae guk restaurant in Mullae-dong, Seoul, serving sundae guk, heopa bokkeum, and jeongol. Customers can order sundae only, meat only, or innards only, and the broth is rich with generous pieces of lean meat and gopchang. The heopa bokkeum is stir-fried until tender and comes with heukmi bap, saeujeot, dadegi, and buchu. During the meal, staff reach onto the table to place cups, which is uncomfortable.
