Pangchai is a Chinese restaurant in Mullae-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, that serves jjamppong and tangsuyuk. It also takes orders for chadol jjamppong, and offers jjamppong bap, which adds sundubu to a jjamppong made with sliced meat and vegetables, with noodles that are soft and chewy. The place runs as a restaurant during the day and a pocha at night, and rice dishes can still be ordered at night. The jjamppong broth carries a strong smoky, fire-charred note.
