Palpal Kkeopdegi

Palpal Kkepdegi is a meat restaurant in Seoul that serves pork skin, makchang (beef abomasum), and specialty cuts such as samgaksal and kkodeulsal. The pork skin is pre-grilled and finished by staff at the table, while the other meats are grilled by the customers themselves. Samgaksal, kkodeulsal, and samgyeopsal (pork belly) are also on the menu. The dining room is small, so it gets loud when the restaurant is full.
