Only One Galbi

Onlione Galbi is a galbi restaurant in Yangpyeong-dong, Seoul, grilling fresh pork galbi, marinated pork galbi and pork skin over charcoal. The fresh galbi is dipped in salt to bring out the charcoal aroma, and the marinated galbi is eaten with mul naengmyeon or bibim naengmyeon. It opened in 2012 and has kept the same prices and gram weights since then. When the tables fill up, two hall servers handle both orders and clearing, which creates a wait.
