Musoegye

Musoe Gye is a Korean restaurant near Mullae-dong in Seoul that serves dak guksu and dak ban mari. The sagol guksu and deulkkae guksu come with chewy noodles, half a chicken, and a clear broth. At lunch, office workers crowd in and a wait is possible, so going between 11:00 and 11:30 in the morning is better. The air conditioning is strong, so the broth cools quickly.
