Mongmil

Mongmil is a soba restaurant in Mullae-dong that serves cold naengmomil and rice bowls. The dan-saeu-jang naengmomil comes with three shrimp marinated in soy sauce and slices of cheonggyul, and the broth, made with apple and pear, is sweet-and-sour and clean. The small space fills up quickly and a wait forms even right at opening or just after the break. The food leaves the impression of being priced high for the portion.
