Mokhwawon Mullae is a small izakaya-style fusion restaurant in the Mullae Creative Village that serves aged hoe and seafood dishes. The menu includes mixed sashimi, mackerel bong sushi, and shellfish such as red shrimp and scallops cooked in a wine steam, with pasta noodles added to the steam. On weekday evenings around 7 p.m. the restaurant fills up with reservations, and walk-in guests have waited for a table to open. After the wine steam dish is eaten, the staff will stir-fry it in a new bowl like pasta if asked, and reservations are difficult to secure.
