Master Viet

Master Viet is a Vietnamese restaurant on Dangsan-ro in Mullae-dong, Seoul, in the Mullae-dong Rodeo Street area. It serves pho and bun cha, and the mixed pho comes with both brisket and chuck flap. The broth is clear and light rather than rich, and it is made without bean sprouts. Lemon and cilantro can be requested on the side, and bun cha and brisket pho are also on the menu.
