Manghyang Bibim Guksu Yeouido is a noodle restaurant in Seoul that serves bibim guksu, janchi guksu, donkatsu and mandu. The bibim guksu uses noodles thicker and chewier than standard noodles, mixed with a spicy, sour and sweet sauce along with lettuce, onion and cabbage water kimchi. Broth and white kimchi are self-service, and the handmade mandu arrive hot and steaming soon after ordering. The bibim guksu leaves a fairly spicy aftertaste, which is a burden for people who cannot eat spicy food.
