Maknae Hoe Center

Maknae Hoe Center in Singil-dong serves courses of wild live fish and seafood from the East Coast. The course comes out in order: kkot saeu hoe, dak saeu jjim, hongge, baekgolbaengi jjim, and wild doda ri hoe. The kkot saeu is cleaned for you, and the shrimp heads go into the broth for the ramyeon at the end of the course. The course has many components, and the price range is on the high side.
