Legendary Ribs Yeouido

Legendary Ribs Yeouido is a galbi restaurant in Yeouido, Seoul, that grills thick u-dae galbi. The u-dae galbi is par-grilled before it comes out, and staff grill it at the table down to the meat attached to the bone, seasoned with salt or a sweet marinade. The dining room is divided into room-style seating and partitions, and staff set these up in advance when you call. Prices are not on the low side.
